Hawkes-Robinson Projects Model: Project Management, Scoping, Resources, Time, Brook's Law, Tuckman's Theories, and More, combined

An overview diagram of a number of the theories, methodologies, constructs, and "laws" that I include in all of my projects.

The following quickly combines a number of different but relevant theories that impact small group formation, communication, dynamics, and getting things done, like project management. You've all seen the resources triangle for PM, and you may have heard of Brook's Law (from the Mythical Man Month) (which has more recently garnered empirical evidence supporting the premise), and you may or may not be familiar with Tuckman's theories on small group social dynamics, and my work related to tying that in with role-playing gaming and business development.
